1. Open Source License

RYUREX Ultimate Flipper (first-party source code and documentation) is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later (GPL-3.0-or-later).

This means you are free to:

• Use the software for any purpose.
• Study and modify the source code.
• Distribute original or modified copies, provided they remain under GPL-3.0-or-later.

Bundled third-party dependencies, vendored assets, and upstream materials remain under their own respective licenses and are not relicensed by this project. See individual package licenses for details.

2. What Is Included

• Python Tkinter GUI runtime (engine API on port 3420).
• Head FastAPI service (port 3069) — auth, sync, config.
• Next.js local web dashboard (port 3670).
• Optional Discord bot integration for remote alerts and auth.
• Optional VPS sync for remote access to local data.

3. No Financial Guarantee

This tool is informational and educational. Profit, speed of fills, market behavior, and trading outcomes are never guaranteed. All signals, analytics, and recommendations are for informational purposes only. Trade at your own risk.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for your configuration, port setup, and account security.
• You must comply with all applicable game rules, platform terms, and local laws.
• You must not use this software for abuse, exploitation, fraud, or unauthorized access.
• Redistributions under GPL-3.0-or-later must retain copyright and license notices.

5. No AI Robots, Scraping, or Model Training

• Automated AI agents and crawlers may not crawl, mirror, or scrape this website without explicit written permission.
• Website and app content may not be used for training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, or evaluating ML/AI models.
• Any unauthorized bulk extraction, replay, or dataset creation from this service is prohibited.

Note: The GPL license governs the source code. These AI/scraping restrictions govern access to the hosted web interface separately.

6. Service Availability

This is primarily a local-first tool. Core features run offline on your machine. Optional remote features depend on your VPS and Discord configuration. No uptime guarantees are made for any optional remote component.

7. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind — as specified in the GPL-3.0-or-later license. The author (RYUREX) is not responsible for direct or indirect losses resulting from use of this software.

8. Source Repository and Attribution

When the public GitHub repository is available, the canonical source will be linked here. All first-party code carries the copyright notice: © RYUREX — GPL-3.0-or-later.

9. Updates

These terms may be updated when product scope or policy requirements change. The license (GPL-3.0-or-later) cannot be retroactively changed for already-distributed versions.
